Refusal to pay cashback

Hi, I have done a number of races last year and claimed cashback from Discovery since May last year. It's been close on 8 months, over 20 phone calls and closing on 50 emails and the response I get from them is always they are looking into it or they are working on it. It seems that they are unable (unwilling?) to make the cashback payout. I am getting the feeling that they are dragging this out for as long as they can to wear me out so that I will stop asking for my money back.<br> <br> Cashback was the only reason why I joined the Vitality team, but now it's just looking like a big financial ****, because cashback never got paid out, and I got no benefit for being on the Vitality team (since they don't even have a Cape Town running club)!
