Refund form Discovery Vitality

I bought 2 tickets in Feb 2020 for travel in April to USA through Discovery Vitality . book ref: LUJPGG. As we all know that travel to all Countries were banned due to COVID. I went to Emirates office in Cape Town City Centre and they told me that my tickets were cancelled and I need to go to Discovery Vitality and check with them.. If this was the case why was I not notified. I cannot afford to lose my money as I am a pensioner. I tried so many times in the last 2 months and you get told that you need to call another no. I tried so many times and could not get through. I finally got someone from Vitality in PE. Siphamandla Motsumi and he told me that I am entitled for a refund and he will request. I asked him to mail me the correspondence. He sent me a text confirming our conversation and requested a refund. ref no: *** . I decided to go to Discovery Office in Century City. They also battled to get though so many times and they spoke to various people and no one could help. After one hour and 40 minutes they finally got someone from Comair in London. I chatted to her and after 2 minutes the call got cut and lost the info. The people at Discovery could not get hold of anyone . They said they will try on Monday but did not get back to me. Motsumi from PE said this query will take up to 3 months to resolve, I cannot wait that long as I need my money and furthermore my purpose of my visit in year 2020 to go and see my daughter and she no longer live in the US. I need my money urgently. I tried so many time on this no: 011 - *** and it's a mission to get through. Why should I suffer when Discovery Vitality has a legal obligation to ensure Vitality re-imburse my money. I am in limbo now . I failed to communicate to Discovery as they don't see my query as Urgent. The staff at Discovery Century City don't know much about Vitality .yet they work in a walk in centre. This is shocking for a huge Corporate Company like Discovery to ignore my claim. My name is Errol Chetty ***
