REFUND DUE FOR INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER
My bank account has been debited AGAIN with R340.00, which is incorrect as I'm still in a free trial period.
Therefore, I should not be charged a membership fee for August, September and October 2020.
I have sent numerous e-mails and made many phone calls but have still not received my refund or any feedback.
Please urgently refund my bank account with the R340.00
