I would like to be assisted with the ombudsman or the regulatory body for all the SA medical aid contacts details especially regarding Discovery health. I went to see a Dr earlier this month my consultation fee was R1500 and the procedure was R13.943 it was just an injection which they did at the Theatre room and unfortunately my pain its worse than before and i paid from my pocked and the Dr gave me all the necessary documents that would assist me in claiming for my refund i did uploaded the documents to the discovery website and also send them via emails address then ty requested me to feel their section 1-5 form which i did and they have also requested proof of banking details and i have send them all the required documents every time when i do the follow up they send me new forms every time when i call them they send me a new form with a different reference number i ve got so many references numbers of which i dont need them anymore all i need its my money i really dont know on what to do comes month end they will deduct huge amount of money from my salary and the thing is at my company medical aid its compulsary i think the best thing that the goverment can assist is to implement the NHI as a soon as possible because even if they can refund me i am 100% i wont get all my money they will states CODES that they dont cover
