Refreshingly Good Customer Service

I just want to highlight the exceptional service I recieved from Mr Luvuyo Pemba.

After sending in my query regarding Vitality benefits with a supplier, He contacted me tried to understand at his best what the situation was and probably called me 8 times within a few months trying to solve this issue. I loved the fact that he was always friendly and determined to solve this issue. Also the fact that Luvuyo got this assigned to only him I assume. So I only communicated this issue with him and did not have to explain it to numerous people trying to solve it.

Also this issue was from last year, and he even contacted me during the begining of Dec and now in Jan to give me the outcome of this issue.

I have to say even though the outcome was not the best, I felt that Luvuyo did his best to correspond to all the necessary departments and kept me informed. Thanks Luvuyo!
