Really dissapointed at overall service.

I'm growing increasingly frustrated with Discovery as a whole. When I reach out on mail, I don't get responses, and when I cal,l the lines are terrible. At this point, I honestly feel like the amazing product they offer is not worth the bad service. Sad to leave, but at this point, other banks are offering far better service. I have a query I've been trying to resolve for almost two years now, and no one has been able to help me. Not even upset, just really disappointed.
