Really big mess created by Discovery Vitality

Discovery is too clever for their own good Ran a double cash back for Covid period on Healthy foods and gear which finished end August 2020 I am still waiting for R1700 refund for purchase at Sportsman's Warehouse at end August They say they know there is a problem , back office is working everthing out manually with indeterminable time frame They launched and overlapped a new scheme called Dynamic discounts which messed whole system up : nothing dynamic about that move a four months on and the customers including myself are waiting for their refunds and apparently we must just wait as there is NO turn around time for resolution Worst service I have had in a decade
