Reactivation of Vitality

Shocking service!

We have waited 2 weeks for our vitality to be reactivated and I was just told it would take another 4 days! We have called in numerous times and each agent tells us something different so we do not know what the actual status of the reactivation is. The time taken to process is reactivation is pathetic.
