Reactivated Medical Aid & Vitality out of the blue

After finally getting them to cancel all my Discovery products and receiving all the cancellation certs, I got an sms and email last Friday to say my Medical Aid and Vitality has been successfully reactivated. So I spent MORE time (2 days and 4 different consultants later) to figure out that when they back-date the medical aid cancellation, they have to temporarily reactivate everything; problem is, they forgot to switch vitality off again. What a clown show. I'm betting money that they will deduct money from my account this cycle again even though they shouldn't; I've informed the consultant that I will dispute the debit order again, R36 fee a pop. Bunch of *****s. Never ever again.
