random amount debited off my account

good morning<br> <br> I cannot afford vitality's 20minutes phone calls (I did try holding this morning) failed dismally.<br> <br> I know from recent past that emails DONT get answered, so I wont even try that.<br> <br> I DO though need to know why an amount of R768 was taking off my account by vitality (which as far as I know is R199) And I need this error to be corrected urgently.<br> <br> regards<br> Thulile <br> ***
