Race license not available

I am seriously disappointed in the way Team Vitality handled race license issuing yesterday:<br> <br> After starting issuing late, we had a huge queue to wait in - I seriously do not know why they only allocate 30 minutes to do this in. As if running late for work was not bad enough, I got to the front to be told they might have to give me a new number. This to me is unacceptable. <br> <br> Not only have I paid and opted to keep my old race number, but I have also entered the Comrades Marathon &amp; qualified on that number and I am running (IF I get a number in time) another marathon, entered on that number on Sunday. To Vitality it was merely a matter of, well, change it. <br> <br> The girl (Chrismarie) then contacted Head Office and they vowed to contact me yesterday to sort it out - which they never did. The result is I do not have a license for a pre-entered race on Sunday and no response from Vitality
