QUERYING MY REFUND

when i wanted to cancel my membership with the abovementioned they asked me to do it in writing via my Human Resources. I did that but unfortunately the HR forgot to forward the request to them in time, so they continued debiting my account. After the error was discovered and rectified, it was agreed that they would refund me.

on the 22nd of March we received a confirmation email from a person by the name of Sharmla Govender stating that all refunds would be pain " next week Friday", which to me translated that it would be the 29th of March. Needless to say that today being the 4th of April, i still have not seen my refund nor heard from them. The number at the bottom of this Sharmla's email just rings unanswered. i would like to know when will i receive my refund and i would like a response ASAP.
