Query still unresolved

I am entitled to a refund due under the Travel Booster. Was suppose to get my refund in October.

Queried it on the 5th of November Received a very unhelpful answer from the 8th of November from on the 8th of November Queried it again - NO ANSWER Gave a 1/10 rating Got a call back from Naletti. She tried her best and promised on the 16th of November. "Will receive payment in 48 hours" 7 DAYS LATER _- NOTHING

Discovery has SERIOUS issue with their IT. The only thing that is working is taking your money. I think 90% of the times that they had to refund me their was issue.

Previous flight booster queried took 6 months to resolve. Only got resolved when I lodged a complaint at the FSB.

If I don't get my refund within 48 hours I am going to the FSB again!
