promises turned to lies that I'm still getting

After my last complaint about delayed delivery/having to confirm my delivery address multiple times/promises of all things being in order/no stock I've just received another email from Team Vitality, please see below: <br> 'Dear Team Vitality member,<br> <br> We are excited to officially welcome you to Team Vitality by delivering your starter pack to you.<br> Please call us on ***so we can confirm your delivery details and ensure that you receive your pack as soon as possible.<br> <br> Looking forward to seeing you in Team Vitality colours at your next race!<br> <br> Regards,<br> Team Vitality'<br> <br> As in previous email, I have not given an option to respond via email (consultant that called that I ended up exchanging words with insisted that I was) and I have to confirm my delivery address again!
