Promises still empty!

Such joy! After my last complaint, I was contacted by a representative who assured me that arrangements were made for me to receive the starter pack. She explained that the courier was struggling to reach me, yet she miraculously did, to confirm delivery address - this is after delivery address was given twice already!! 9 days after the call I received, I get an email asking me to confirm delivery address yet again! How many times is confirmation needed?! I haven't made changes since I last gave the address so why do I need to confirm it so much??? Two things I found very surprising when talking to courier representative is: <br> 1. Courier doesn't have stock (date of availability is unknown) and <br> 2. Representative could not find my running license.<br> What 'd like to know now is:<br> 1. Why am I being asked to confirm my delivery address when there is nothing to deliver????<br> 2. Why am I getting conflicting information regarding how I get my running license???<br> <br> This isn't a way to get people 'more active' team vitality! You have definitely failed me on that front! Joining team vitality has actually caused me more hassle and cost me more money than what being 'active' on my own would have!
