Promises and promises

On the 9th December 2016, Virgin Active received a notification to cancel my membership effective the 31st December 2016 from Vitality. I did not receive notification by email or cell phone that there was a problem with my account/membership. After sending an email on the 2nd Jan 2017, followed by 4 calls to 4 different consultatns between the 3rd Jan and the 5th Jan 2017, I have yet to get a response to my query with the promised turn around time by Vitality of 48 hours. My query was apparently been passed through twice to Supervisors/Managers for action, or lack there of which is now the case.

Who am I supposed to talk to? Do I need to go through to the offices and wait for somebody to asssit? If there are queries, why would I not be re-instated while the issue is being resolved, why am I having to continually phone and follow up?

Thank you Vitality team,

I have heard this 4 times this week and please understand that I will take this with a pinch of salt until I have actually had a response and the situation has been rectified.
