Profile changed without request or consent

I boarded a Kulula flight on 23 December 2015 on my ****EN NAME. On Monday, 28 December 2015 at 23:47,whilst attempting to book a flight via Kulula, I discovered that my surname was changed from my ****EN NAME to by MARITAL SURNAME without a request submitted by me.<br> <br> I have a Policy with discovery since 2007.<br> <br> Below is written communication sent from one of the administrators, dated 29 December 2015.
