Problems with Healthgear, ShoeBooster and Team Vitality

So today I was happy to have my Vitality activated (1 March).

I signed up for both Vitality HealthyGear and Shoe Booster and signed up for Team Vitality.

I got mails stating that everything was updates and activated and I could by my shoe and get my Team Vitality shirt from Sportsmans Warehouse.

I drove to Sportsmans Warehouse only to find out I still had to get a code to get my shirt which would only be given to me 24-48 hours time. This was never told to me.

Secondly, I was told my shoe booster was not fully activated due to some other shoe booster promo coming 16 of March and I couldn't by my shoe. This really had ****ed me off as I was never told about this at all and I was told all was good to go purchase my shoe.

I am very angry and upset as first time client of Vitality benefits. This is not a good start at all.
