Price discrepancy

I sent the following query to Discovery(Query Logged - ********** 822:## "Hi, I did a quote on Kulula website for accommodation in Durban in December, with and without Vitality. It seems that the before prices on Vitality are inflated, compared to Kulula's non Vitality prices. This results in the Vitality discounted price being higher then Kulula's non Vitality price. The base price should be the same before the Vitality discount. Please explained my the prices are higher with my Vitality discount than Kululas normal quote?## I received some generic reply about flights. It seems like the agent didn't even read the query before copying and pasting their reply. I even attached screen shots of the problem. The prices for a standard king room for 2 nights were: Non-Vitality = R3934.00. Vitality = usual rate R5960.00, Discovery Vitality rate R4768.00 Can Discovery answer my query now?
