Poor Turnaround Time and Service

Query raised 06-11-2022 As at 07-12-2022 query not yet been resolved

Breakfast paid for in a B&B, not provided by the B&B due to the inadequate information received via email from Vitality Travel, where i have been waiting over a month for feedback and my refund.

Let's not forget that when booking on Vitality Travel, you have to reach out to the Accommodation to get the basic information like Check in / Check Out times, Breakfast times etc.
