Poor Show Discover and Vitality

I'm so disappointed in Vitality. When we changed the principal member from my husband to myself Vitality cancelled our membership, even though we were assured everything would changed over smoothly. Alas it was cancelled. Naturally, we queried this, half the points were reinstated. No explantion was forthcoming as to why when queried again. Then it was cancelled all together. Another frustrating phone call was made - it was reinstated. We thought "yay all back on track with the right points again." Oh dear... that was short lived - cancelled again two weeks later - this time because I changed my banking details of which they were informed. Although the consultants have tried to placate me and get me to sign up again i just don't have the energy and quite frankly think thier service leaves much to be desired.
