poor service from discovery vitality

I'm tired of this poor service from discovery vitality. They don't answer their phones every time its always the same excuses-we are having a high calls of volume, they don't even give you an option of call back but the can make any changes as they want without calling you or noticing you or finding out how the changes will affect you as a client.
