Poor service; de*****ing and incompetence

Vitality and Discovery.

I bought a watch through the Discovery Vitality benefit last year in January. Vitality pays for the watch if I meet my weekly goals. The minimum workout minutes should not be les than 30 minutes and the BPM should be more than 150.

In November 2021; same year I reported that the watch kept on stopping during workouts between 9 minutes and 27 minutes which then affects benefits as it did not get to the 30 minutes minimum workout time. I reported this to Discovery and I was told to reset the watch; but the problem persisted; I then took the watch the iStore and they said the same thing; reset the watch. In January 2022 it got worse; again I reported the watch to Discovery Vitality and they said take it to the iStore; I went to iStore centurion and the technician said I must reset the watch; I refused and told him ti book the watch in as I have been returned twice already. When the watch got ti the iStore service Centre they assessed the watch and said I must pay R7200 to have the watch fixed as the watch is out of warranty. So I told them what transpired and reported the matter to Discovery Vitality. They both ignored my communication and the watch was at iStore for two months( March and April). However with all this Discovery Vitality is charging me monthly for not meeting the goals while the watch is at the IStore. I have been sending communications but they’re clearly ignoring me. How do I meet goals on a problematic device.
