Poor service and unresolved system issues

Good day, i have been waiting more than 3 weeks for issues to be resolved. To date they are unresolved and the only feedback that i get is that its being worked on. The issues i have experienced are: months of cash backs not being allocated, incorrect point allocation, gym visits not reflecting. After 3 weeks this should have been resolved. We are now heading towards week 4 with no resolution. The service has been terrible.
