Poor service and unfulfil promises

I signed up with Discovery Life that include Vitality, every year there are points I get converted to cash. In September 2019 I received a sms notifying me of my cash back of R89.00, I waited I called them they told me I should update my banking details of which I did after that they said they are busy processing the money I call them several times they will promise to pay in 3 days. In October I receive another sms with a total cash back for R49 still not paid to my account, 2 payments not paid out. The last Ref: N0.*** was in November 08th, until today they will call me and promise to look at the matter and I will be paid in 3 days. it is December now since September. I am not happy about their service all I want is my cash back in full.

Please assist me.
