Poor service and no support

Good day. <br> <br> As many people in the world, I have a fitbit Charge HR. Since fitbit is the most popular brand you would expect Discovery to support the device. <br> <br> <br> But, no. Discovery does not take any heart rate data from the device, only steps. Which is useless since the new 2016 rules. <br> <br> I would have wanted Discovery to have mentioned it in emails, their website, anywhere. <br> <br> Now I have a useless device. <br> <br> Thanks a lot
