Poor Service and no Integrity

Discovery Vitality has lost their integrity and provide poor or no service. They advertise really cool benefits but in reality they look for every way not to payout these fancy rewards that they offer. There are always bugs on their system and this is not the first time this has happened. I booked a flight last year and boosted it. They request/advertise for us to use their app to track our workouts and weekly goals. Their app displayed information incorrectly and due to a bug on their system, they decide not to payout the cashback benefits. The rules state that you need to achieve 6 goals before flight departure in order to receive a cashback on a boosted flight. The app and website displayed that I achieved 6 goals and it calculated the expected cashback amount that I would receive and also notified me on the expected payout date. The amount was R950. After I flew, they seem to have changed the data and now it shows that I only met 5 goals and they claim for it to be a bug on their system. If I knew this last year, surely I would have met one more goal. I had booked my flight 12 weeks in advance and I could have easily met 1 more goal had they displayed the correct information. I was still training 5 days a week and I could have easily made another goal as there are many weeks where I missed the goal by 50 points. Because I knew I already met 6 goals and unlocked my flight booster benefit and thereafter my goal was just to train 5 times a week and I was not to interested in the actual rewards goal.
