Poor service

I am so disappointed with vitality,whwn choosing them I was so excited of what I can be able to get out in terms of benefits last month which is November I wanted to change gyms from virgin active to planet fitness understanding that there are terms and conditions the whole month I've been calling to make sure everything is in order only to find out that vitality received cancelation only last day of November but on my side I was notified I'm serving that 30days notice now the lady from vitality told me I only called them once about this issue I'm so disappointed with the service I am getting because there should be all records of the calls I had with them but now I can't even start exercising at planet fitness
