Poor service

Hi, I have been using the apple watch benefit for some time until I received a bill stating I have to pay for not making goals. There website had issues logged for the discovery app having syncing issues and yet I get a bill for not achieving my goals. I logged calls requesting more info on this bill which I received but have not received feedback on those calls. I then called and called but nobody could assist me until I got a Team leader who tried to explain and took it up with their accounts department but then I receive a call from attorneys asking me to make payment arrangements as my watch benefit has been cancelled due to me not paying an outstanding amount which they still have not explained to me.

I don't understand what type of service they are delivering as I have not received any service from them. I am now still waiting for an update and received another email from attorneys for payment arrangements. How do you make payment arrangments when you don't understand what its for.
