Poor online options from Discovery

Almost every week I have a problem with my discovery active rewards. I am supposed to send a query online but i keep getting a message saying the service is unavailable. There is no email address which is shocking especially when their query option does not work. I am overseas and often busy so dont have the chance to call and wait to speak to someone. Either fix the query option or use email.
