Poor & inconsistent service

I made an application to add my newborn child in my medical aid. Despite promising me a 3 days turnaround, i am still waiting almost 8days later. No communication, no nothing. I spoke to my agent for "Bemas" Samantha on tuesday& she promised to get back 2 me. I am still waiting.
