Poor/ *********** people in the Discovery Call Centre

The Discovery Vitality website, collateral and call centre are unable to provide information on their services. More concerning was that this Vitality representative made up a bogus story to pretend that there was in fact information available. My correspondence with them below.

Why did you not rather refer me to someone who does know or simply reply and say that you do not want to help me?

I cannot find a biokinetisist that can perform the Vitality High Performance Fitness Assessment. There are hundreds of biokinetisists in your list https://www.discovery.co.za/discovery_coza/web/linked_content/pdfs/vitality/wellness_network_bio_list.pdf but surely you cant expect me to call every one of them to try and someone that does the High Performance assessment.

I would really appreciate you providing me with a few of them (ideally in Johannesburg)?
