Poor Feedback & Cover up

Good Morning <br> <br> I logged a query over a week ago regarding the conclusion of a contract with Discovery on false information given. After few days I was given a call by the Customer Liaison who listened to the issue I had and advised will revert back to me as they will trace the calls. <br> <br> Well a day later I was contacted and advised they still busy tracing the call and only located calls after the contract was concluded. Really now???? How Convenient????<br> <br> Let's not forget each time you call Discovery, you key in the info and when an agent finally answers the call he already has the info of you on the system. Now how is it possible that they cant trace the calls on incepting the contract???? one can not be in contract if false information was given or not correctly advised as the contract would be null and void in accordance of the law. Having know the correct information at the time of acceptance , then there would be no contract from my side. <br> <br> well I was advised I would receive feedback by the 09th Feb, and guess what? NO CALL WAS MADE TO ME FOR A FOLLOW UP . THIS WAS EXPECTED.<br> <br> Discovery are cheats and good in cover ups <br> <br> Disgusting level of service & breach of contract
