Poor Customer Service

Terrible experience. Booked a flight with the banking app. Showed a booking reference and was under up and coming bookings. Got to the airport only to find no booking details on the system. Had to rebook a flight and it costed me 3 times the a,ount of the original flight. escalated the the matter to Discovery. I spoke to the operational manager for leisure and she stopped replying to my emails. Discovery refuses to take any responsibility for such and no re-numeration for such an inconvenience. I have my vitality, banking and life insuramce with them. Pathetic service and company.
