Poor Customer Care Discovery Vitality

<p>I got hold of Discovery Vitality team to close my Vitality which i am not currently benefiting from. The consultant i spoke to told me he would sent me an email shortly with the insctruction to close the vitality account, however the consultnat sent an email which without an attachementof the instruction. I followed up the followig day and spoke to a different consultant who indicated that he would resolve the matter by comunicating to the first consultant who had assisted me. 3 days have passed and I havent received any communciation from any one from Discovery Viatlity.</p>
