Poor Business Ethics
In my never ending quest to reach my weekly active rewards goals needed to pay off my shoes, I went to gym on a Tuesday to do a 30 minute workout in order to reach my weekly goals. I recorded the workout though the Suunto workout app on my phone, and by Thursday the points had not reflected. I contacted Discovery asking where the points were, only to have them reply on Friday that they are rejecting the workout as they claim it was a manual input.
Apart from the fact I went to gym specifically for these workout points, working really hard as I was going to be away from the rest of the week and unable to exercise, I find it extremely distasteful that you question my integrity, stating I did a manual entry to try cheat the system. This is extremely distasteful that you question my integrity.
Apart from that, I had to go to great lengths to record another 300 point workout, whilst out of town, without any exercise gear, all because your technical team can't tell the difference between a manual input and move recorded on Suunto's official app. Please hire more competent staff before resorting to questioning the integrity of your customers!
