Points upload error

Between 16-18 November there was an issue with uploading fitness device information on the Discovery App. I did a run on 17 November and because I stopped my work out 7 seconds short of 30mins I was not awarded 300pts. Because of that I have to pay R122.90 for my watch that week. I rein acted my run on 7 December to prove that even though I stop my watch 7secs short of 30mins I would still get my 300pts, which I did receive for my run on 7 December. I sent the proof to Discovery who called me and said that I actually ran for 30:20secs. I have then looked back over all my work outs and none of them correspond with the times on my apple watch. So how does Discovery know that their app would not have said I ran for over 30mins on 17 November as well? It just registered that I worked out for 1sec. Instead I am told the rules are rules and I must pay. I am trying to show there it a flaw in the app but I am not being given the benefit of the doubt because they had an issue with their app as it is easier for a large corporation to bully and charge the consumer than look into their technical problems. Also I get told on the phone that they are meeting me half way, how is Discovery meeting me half way here?

The system upload is flawed and I have shown that. Discovery won't listen nor look into it as it is easier to just charge the consumer. I have fought off my company moving my medical aid to their preferred provider as I have a credit card with Discovery and use the Vitality benefits. But this makes me think it is time to move!

I doubt Discovery will actually care or listen!
