Points system totally flawed

<p>I joined Weight Watchers 2 weeks ago, up to now, nobody has even captured that I am a member on my vitality. The weigh ins for the 29 March were only sent to vitality yesterday but should have reflected by last week Wednesday for me to get my points, when I asked Weight Watchers what about my points for the weigh in on 05 April, they responded that it will be sent through with the group for this week but I need my points by tomorrow to qualify. So when Vitality dropped Weigh Less, what was the reasoning as I was told it was because Weight Watchers data is more accurate, but up to date Discovery hasn't received any data from Weight Watchers for me.</p>
