points not rewarded and bad service from call centre

<p>I have done three vigorous excercises over the past week and only earned 100 points each when i should be earning 300 points each. Phoned the call centre on Friday and Siyanda said he would call me on Monday but i heard nothing from him concerning my points which i am due. I was told to send through screen shots of my workouts and when i did this i received an email back to say the the info i sent was not sufficient,I have to BEG Discovery for my points and still no satisfaction. Lindewe at call centre said she didnt know what her managers name was ??? </p>
