Points not reflecting for past month!

Its been 3 weeks now and I'm still waiting for a response from you guys via email. My points have not been reflecting for the past month, which affects not only me but my vitality team partners. What is the whole point of this thing if you guys are cheating us out of our rewards??? When is this going to get resolved??? I keep being told this is \under investigation\", after 3 weeks this is no longer a satisfactory answer?"
