Points not loaded

My first query with you guys was on the 13th of November, i have received replies stating you will be loading my points onto my name that are missing due to your system. I have waited patiently and have lost so many rewards and bonus rewards as i miss my target as my points are loaded. Now i complain here in hope you guys do something about this! ********** 695 is my ref number
