Points for Speed Workouts

None of my speed workouts are automatically allocated points. I only get points for my speed workouts after contacting Vitality.<br> <br> And after doing a speed workout and sending the screenshot I get the response saying that it will be allocated after 48 hours. BUT the points don't get allocated and we are now almost in March and speed workouts are still a problem.<br>
