Points allocation query

Guys I am trying to get my correct points allocation for 31 Jan and 1 Feb this year...talking to Siphesihle on watsappsapp is pointless...he promised to allocate for one (WHICH STILL HASN'T HAPPENED) but not for both days..his explanation makes no sense..i do 2 35 minutes sessions everyday for my 300 points..something happened on the 31st jan and 1st feb that i did not get full allocation..my training routine is constant...strangely it worked again on 2nd feb...please check and advice on the other 2 days what is wrong..my record will show how consistent I am Thanks
