Please refund me

My previous two queries refers:<br> WRefNo#***#<br> WRefNo#***#<br> This query has been ongoing since 20 Jan 2016 and despite numerous follow-ups and calls to the call centre, hellopeter complaints and promises to get back to me from everyone I have dealt with, I have heard nothing since last Monday 1 Feb. I am increasingly frustrated and disappointed with the manner in which my query has been dealt with and am now at my wits end as to what I need to do next to get my money back. <br> Please can somebody get back to me and more importantly can my refund be processed - is it really too much to ask?<br> <br> <br>
