Please help get answers from Kulula and Comair!

Please help with Kulula and Comair bookings. They just ignore DM's, emails the lot. They are supposed to be a partner of your Vitality program and they are bringing the whole program into disrepute. Impossible to use travel credits because they just do nothing!!! You cannot get hold of them. Please Discovery - help us your customers with these useless, ***********s!!
