Please allocate Vitality Points

Not happy. I used my complimentary visit two weeks ago at the Yard Athletic Fourways. The Discovery App was down with maintenance and emailed Vitality to register the visit and allocate my 100 points. To date nothing has happened. Please can my visit be allocated soonest.
