Planet Fitness debit order & not releasing vitality benefits.

Hi, My wife gave Brakpan Planet Fitness notice in June 2022. Then they said her membership will lapse in 31st July 2022. Then boom on the 29th July, the same planet fitness debit the account with R274 which I don't know for what as the 31st July is the last day at Planet Fitness.

In addition the same planet fitness, has not released the benefits so that it can be transferred to her virgin membership. I am really sad & disappointed about this situation. Please assist in this regard
