Pick n Pay voucher

vitality had a special where you have to join vitality before the 16th March and you'll receive a Pick n Pay voucher of R250.00. when I registered online it only gives these options 'Call ***or download your application form and fax it to ***.' I downloaded the from & emailed as per instructions and got the feedback that i'm registered but no voucher. I called to enquire and Luyanda tried to assist but they told her that I didn't apply online whereas they don't have a path to register online. now there's no voucher nor feedback from them ever since.
