Personal Health Programme Device Issue

I signed up for a Discovery Vitality Personal Health Programme and as per your website I went to buy a Fora Diamond Mini Glucose Monitoring Device with Supplies from Dis-Chem at R849.65 using my Medical Savings Account. I am unable to Link this Device on Living Vitality. Upon calling in this morning I was advised that Discovery Vitality has discontinued/no longer supporting the Fora Diamond Mini Device. Please can someone senior at Discovery Vitality contact me to resolve this problem. Here's what I want: 1. I want to Return the Fora Diamond Mini (I have the box and everything together) 2. R849.65 Claim Refunded to My MSA 3. Either Credit Me for the Vitality Points I was going to receive for Testing My Glucose Daily as I have been or Advise how this data can be input into the Discovery Website. I am already upset that I had 15 minutes of my time wasted on a call this morning, R100 Airtime and the Vitality Consultant hanging up on me without giving me a reference number. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT EXPEDITIOUSLY!!!
