Paying for Vitality but haven't even received welcome email

As a condition of employment I'm required to be a member of Discovery Group Life, in addition to this I was registered for Vitality and accordingly had deductions taken off my salary. I was informed that my Vitality benefits would begin after being on Group Life for 1 month, therefore I would be have access to Vitality from 1 Feb. I've neither received my welcome email nor can I register on the website as my contact details apparently don't match what Discovery has on record. I'm basically paying R196 p.m for nothing.
